My Cake is Doughy in the Middle

i am trying to help my wife out by baking a pound cake.

i volunteered after going over the recipe.

actually it seemed simple enough and i thought it would be a snap to do.. i was wrong.. the problem is it looks fine in the oven.

do not over mix, just mix enought till your cake batter is mix but over mixing will cause it to come out Doughy, other than that how old is your Flour?

JW and Home Schooling WHY, WHY, WHY????????

i just heard that my nephew will not be attending high school, instead will be doing home schooling, why do jws pressure their kids into home schooling?

i really do love my nephew he is a bright kid, i think he would do really great in high school, and hopefully attend college, but i was informed yesterday that he will not be going to high school because its not safe, and besides he made the decision not to go.

i am sorry but he should go, i know what they got planned for him, home school and full time service, this is the time of his life where he needs to concentrate on his education, he will end up just like his mother, who also never attended high school, seems that when your totally lost into the society, covering all aspects of your life, that leaves you socially inept, depressed, and have a distorted view of the world.

I was actually thinking about that, you are right with the layoff's at Bethel, I will try to bring that up to her but in a way where she thinks that I support ~~her~~ His goals, and tell her that maybe thousands apply to Bethel, and I am sure they will only take young ones who have some skills rather than someone who spent 4 years at home.

I was telling a friend at work about this, he asked "is going to bethel the same to JW as going to Harvard?"

I love all holidays, I am like a kid during Halloween, and christmas. Oh and Thanksgiving, damn Turkey, Mashed potatoes, gravy Green beans, Hell I will bitch slap a governing body dude for some stuffing
